My legs have never looked better since I tried a ‘reverse sauna’ for cellulite
A beauty fanatic reveals the ice treatment she used to get rid of the unsightly cellulite on her legs.
She said creams, oils and a change in her diet were not as effective as the ‘reverse sauna’ method in changing her skin texture.
She told the members of from Reddit Beautyforum that she “always” had bumps on her thighs, despite being a “very fit and sporty girl”.

The 5ft 5in, 110lb woman said her money was “going down the toilet” when she tried to tackle her cellulite with creams, oils and massages.
Eight years ago, she decided to eliminate all sugar from her diet except fruit, hoping to improve her appearance and increase her chances of getting pregnant.
She decided to eat more proteins and healthy fats and exercise more. She also combined her lifestyle with frequent sauna visits.
“And I also started with the absolute game changer: cryotherapy,” says the woman, who has since deleted said her account.
“The cryochamber is like a reverse sauna, where you spend 3-4 minutes in a temperature of about -120 degrees Celsius.
“It’s not as bad as it sounds, but it is cold, haha.”

She said the treatment would leave her skin “really red,” and her thighs and elbows felt like they were burning.
“You wear protection: wooden slippers, wool socks, a face mask, a hat and mittens,” she said.
“You go in wearing only your underwear.
“When you are done, it is important to warm up your body again. Therefore, go straight to the small gym, where you stand on the treadmill or bike for 15 minutes.
“I’ll also take a hot shower afterwards.”
She enthusiastically reported that within a few months her legs became ‘smoother and firmer and the cellulite started to diminish and disappear.’
“Now, after going every week for 8 years, my legs have never looked better,” she said.
