A FRUSTRATED woman opens up about the argument she had with her boyfriend after taking a shower.
She said she found herself in hot water after taking an “all-in-one shower.”

Reddit user No_Sector_8740 shared the dating dilemma in a post.
“Am I an asshole for taking 26 minutes in the shower?” she asked.
She explained that when she got out of the shower she noticed her partner was “completely crazy.”
“I’m a woman with longer, thicker hair and I did what some call a ‘full body shower’: I washed, conditioned my hair, shaved, washed my body and face, and then I stepped out,” she explains.
“My partner said they left the tap running while I was in the shower and asked if I noticed how much water was wasted then.”
The Redditor was confused by the act.
“I was wondering how I could hear that sound while I was in the shower?” she said.
His answer confused her even more.
“Exactly,” he said.
After adding up the duration of the music she listened to in the shower, she concluded that her shower time was just under half an hour.
However, the Redditor didn’t think the shower issue was that big of a deal.
“[There’s] two of us [at] “We have two full bathrooms. He showered last night and I showered this morning,” she said.
“We had no plans for the day. I take this long shower once every three to four days.
“I don’t shower every day (because I work from home), but when I do, washing my body and shampooing my hair takes less than ten minutes for a normal wash.”

Worse still, she explained that her partner was the cause of her emotional distress in their relationship.
“Naked, soaking wet and shaking while being yelled at as I grabbed my towel. Damn it,” she said.
“And yes, on your assumption of usually a short shower (if I take one. I work from home and don’t shower that day if I haven’t done anything), everyone showers once every three to four days.”
Viewers agreed that the argument between her boyfriend quickly escalated.
“He thinks you’re the boss because you waste water, but he left the tap running the whole time?” one commenter asked.
“Worst. Water. Police. Work. Ever.”
“I still don’t understand how he thought this proved him right,” she agreed.
“Logic doesn’t seem to be his strong suit. Twenty-six minutes goes by quickly. It’s not like we can just walk in, throw some water on ourselves and wash ourselves in seconds,” said another.
“Because I have thick, long hair and like to be clean-shaven, it takes time to do these kinds of things well.”
