The beauty fanatic shared her favorite skin care products on Reddit’s Frugal forum, which has more than 5 million members.

“I have a plastic surgeon because I had breast cancer and had reconstruction,” she said, writing under the name Photo gadgets.

“During one of my appointments I made a comment about which cream is the best moisturizer.

“That’s all I’ve used since then.”
