Neighbours star Bonnie Anderson puts five-bedroom Melbourne home on the market for $1.8 million after renovation
Australian actress Bonnie Anderson and her husband Samuel Morrison have put their stylish and renovated Melbourne home up for sale for $1.8 million.
The 30-year-old former Neighbours star bought the cladding-clad property on the Mornington Peninsula in 2021 and has spent the past three years extensively renovating it.
The two-story house features stylish, contemporary architecture with spacious rooms, high ceilings, solid wooden floors, a large balcony and an outdoor pool.
Situated in the tourist suburb of Rye, close to amenities and stunning views, it is the perfect home for small families.
Bonnie described it to Real Estate.com.au about the extensive renovation work they had carried out and they explained: ‘We really changed the whole thing.
‘We added the downstairs and opened up the staircase completely. We just created a more open space with lots of light and open living areas.’
She continued, “I love the oak surfaces and all the windows throughout the house. Hearing the ocean roar at night is also one of my favorite sounds living there.”
The property is expected to attract significant interest from potential buyers due to its unique appearance and attractive location.

The lovebirds have put it on the market with a guide price of $1,725,000 to $1,825,000.
This makes the house slightly more expensive than the average house value in the region.
The picturesque home, described as ‘quirky and charming’, has five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The bathrooms have a freestanding bath and underfloor heating for the cold winters.
One of the bedrooms upstairs opens onto a balcony with beautiful views.

Selling agent Adam Vocale of Jellis Craig Rye said their restoration work significantly increased the value of the home.
“There’s a difference between homes that are fixed up to sell and homes that are fixed up to live in,” Vocale began.
‘There is demand for this property among people who want a finished product, rather than something you have to make yourself.’
Bonnie played Bea Nilsson in Neighbours from 2018 to 2021, won The Masked Singer in 2020 and is currently a presenter on the lifestyle programme Postcards on Channel Nine.
In November 2023, Bonnie married gardener Samuel Morrison and the couple have a one-year-old son together, Bobby Ray.
