Kidd has been the head coach for the Brooklyn Nets And Milwaukee Bucks for a stint as an assistant for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Since 2021, Kidd has been the chief in Dallas, where the team probably tries to keep him if the Knicks make an offer.

The choice of the Knicks for their next head coach must be one that brings a championship banner to Madison Square Garden, or this will be seen as a failed term of office.
Earlier this week, NBA -Sinsider Brian Windhorst has revealed that Thibodeau was fired through the Knicks To make personnel changes too late in the season.
