The beloved British food icon landed inside West -Australia During the weekend and a small Margaret River Winery has declared one of her favorite places on earth.
Take to InstagramNigella, 65, shared a swoon-worthy post about her long lunch in Cullen Wines, who described it as ‘heaven’ and ‘My Cure for Jet and my recipe for deep joy’.
Under the shadow of her ‘beautiful red sun paraplu’s’ she started her afternoon with a glass of their life-confirming Pét-Nat (shortly before Pétillant Naturel, a natural sparkling wine) before she dives into a delicious spread.
First on the table? Perfectly baked bread combined with a ‘divine’ pipián – a silky, smoky dip made of pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, peppers and a hit of garlic, lime and coriander.
And from there it only got better. Nigella revealed that she inhaled delicate Sint -Jakobs shells ‘inhaled’ with cauliflower and a surprising ‘chickeny’ sauce, and admitted that it sounded strange only ‘heavenly’.
The star was practically speechlessly left over a crispy potato and celeriac row that was draped in cabbage, resting under a cloudy sauce that was so tasteful, she admitted that she “got into a panic” with the thought of never eating it again.
Before the main courses, the culinary queen devoured a melt-in-the–Mouth Rankin COD, garnished with charred sweetcorn, XO mussels, snapper sauce and a scattering of Sunrose-leaf-leaf and a citrus-like native plant, which she never knew existed earlier.

‘Caramelized apple (from the tree near where we were) and almond cake, with seasoned oats and guava ice cream; honeymousse with macadamia, quandong and banana ice cream; And Cambray Blackwood Blue Cheese (where I fell in love with) placed crackers, pear and walnuts, “she wrote.
