- Samsung has plagued an ‘ultra’ folding
- It sounds like this could be launched soon, so we can see a Galaxy Z fold 7 Ultra besides the other 2025 folders of the company
- Expect larger screens, better cameras and lots of AI
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is currently Samsungthe most expensive widespread telephone, but this year the company can launch something that is even more sustainable than the coming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. That’s right: Samsung has hinted strongly that a Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra is on the road.
In a new post news roomSamsung talks about the introduction of an “ultra-experience capacity” with a foldable form factor, and although the company could not be specifically about when such a product could launch, concludes it by saying: “The ultra experience is ready to unfold”, which suggests that it will come soon.
That may mean that we are folding the Samsung Galaxy Z 7 Ultra launch in addition to the standard Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7Both are expected to land in July.
Bigger
But what would a Galaxy Z fold 7 ultra entail? Samsung is also not super specific here, but it does mention “larger screens, better cameras and new ways to connect and create”, as well as “leading hardware, advanced performance and seamless AI integration optimized for the folding size.”
And there is a poison included (below) that shows the circumference of a foldable phone, although the form factor is very similar to that of the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Although this all in principle confirms that Samsung is working on a foldable ultra -level level, it is possible that these functions come to the standard Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 instead. After all, that is said to be a new 200MP camera, larger screens and more power, so it could potentially be considered an ‘ultra’ telephone in itself.
Indeed, as spotted by Digital trendsSamsung has mentioned this new image ‘Galaxy-ZZZ-ZZ-ZZ-Flip7-PRE-Tease-Bartype_1920x1080.gif’, which refers to both the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7.
So it is possible that we will still see only one new Z-fold model this year, a product with ultra-level upgrades that may or may not have ‘ultra’ in its name.
As an alternative we can get both a Samsung Galaxy Z -fold 7 as a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 ultra – although in that case it is strange that Samsung would express the first in a teaser image for the latter. That would also question all the previous Galaxy Z-folds of 7 leaks that we have seen, they can actually go about the ultra-sand model instead?
Anyway, it seems likely that at least one of the upcoming folding products from Samsung will be a major upgrade about what we have seen before. Roll on Galaxy unpacked in July!
