Nothing Announces New Product; Could It Be Rumored Nothing Open Your Ears
Nothing Ear Open could be Nothing’s next product. Over the past few days, rumors of the true wireless stereo earbuds have been popping up on various certification sites, suggesting that a launch is coming soon. Now, the company has officially announced a new product on social media, which is speculated to be the Nothing Ear Open. Certain design elements in the teaser suggest that the alleged item could be an audio wearable. However, the UK-based OEM has not yet confirmed the name of the announced device.
Nothing Ear Open Design (expected)
The official Nothing X name is shared a teaser image with the caption: “Coming soon. A new world of possibilities.” This suggests an upcoming product, which is speculated to be the Nothing Ear Open. The right side of the image may show the microphone and speaker cutouts. The rest of the image is expected to be the transparent stem.
The circular area at the top of the image shown could be the touch control portion of the so-called Nothing Ear Open, allowing users to play/pause music, skip to the next track, and perform other actions.
The Nothing Ear Open TWS earbuds are rumored to come with an open-ear design. Notably, all of Nothing’s TWS products so far have come with traditional in-ear designs, including the Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a). If speculations are true, the Nothing Ear Open would be the first of its kind from the brand.
The Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a) were launched in India in April for Rs. 11,999 and Rs. 7,999 respectively. They come with up to 45dB ANC, up to 42.5 hours of total battery life, and 11mm dynamic drivers. They are available with ChatGPT integration.
