NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced on Sunday that a retest would be carried out on more than 1,000 candidates from CUET UG on July 19. The agency had earlier provisional answer key by General university entrance test (CUET)-UG 2024 and announced that it will conduct a re-examination for CUET UG candidates between July 15 and 19 if any complaints from students regarding the conduct of the examination are found to be justified. While the agency retest scheduleit remained quiet about the announcement of the results, which have been postponed for more than two weeks and the final answer key has still not been announced. The delay in the CUET-UG results comes amid a raging row over alleged irregularities in competitive exams, including NEET and NET.
