I have never done yoga and I almost certainly never will. My knowledge of yoga is minimal at best. So yeah, I struggled to solve today’s Strands. I’m not complaining; millions of people do yoga every day, it’s a perfectly legitimate addition to the game, but it just doesn’t do it for me.
So I had to use a combination of lucky guesses and hints to solve it, which never makes for the most satisfying experience. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow.

What is NYT Strands?
Strands is the new word game from the NYT, following Wordle and Connections. It is now out of beta and is thus a full member of the NYT stable of games and can be played on the NYT Games site on desktop or mobile.
