NYT Stards Today (Game #455) – The answers
The answers to today’s strands, Game #455, are …
- BAIL
- Courtroom
- ALIBI
- Movement
- Objection
- Spangram: Your honor
- My review: Moderate
- My score: 1 hint
The theme “All Rise” immediately made me think that we were looking for terms connected to judges, juries and processes. I couldn’t see keywords, so I used a hint to start the yacht. Bail did not exactly open the sign – but seeing the courtroom did it.
After a few simple editions, these strands were much more a challenge – Objection was my last word, but it took a while to unleash the anagram and then connect the letters.
Today’s spangram – your honor – is also the title of a TV program with an excellent opening episode about a crime, a compromised judge and the production of an alibi. The jury is on the rest of the series.
How did you do it today? Let me know in the comments below.
