The Oppo A3X 5G is expected to launch soon in China. The handset was previously spotted on multiple certification and benchmarking websites. Now, the phone has reportedly appeared on the China Telecom database. The listing has revealed the design of the alleged smartphone along with some of its key features. The handset is expected to join the existing Oppo A3 and Oppo A3 Pro models in the country. A recent report had suggested that the Oppo A3X 5G could soon launch in the Indian market.

According to a Gizmochina reportThe design and key features of the Oppo A3X 5G have been spotted on China Telecom’s website. The image shared in the report shows that the alleged smartphone features a slightly raised, elliptical camera module placed vertically at the top-left corner of the rear panel. It houses two circular camera units and a single LED flash. The phone is seen in a purple hue with a matte finish, but the camera island appears to be glossy.
The front of the Oppo A3X 5G, as per the image in the report, features a centered hole-punch at the top of the display for the selfie camera. It can be seen with thin bezels on the left and right edges, with a relatively thicker chin. The power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge of the phone.
The Oppo A3X 5G will come in three colors — Cloud Feather Pink, Purple, and Starlight White, as per the listing. The handset is also likely to measure 165.79 x 76.14 x 7.68mm and weigh 185.7g.

The handset’s listing on the regulatory website also reveals that the Oppo A3X 5G will feature a 6.67-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels. It is expected to arrive in three RAM and storage configurations — 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. A previous Geekbench listing had suggested that the phone could be powered by a Snapdragon 680 chipset and run Android 14 out of the box.
For optics, the Oppo A3X 5G will likely feature a 32-megapixel primary camera on the rear, alongside a 2-megapixel secondary sensor and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera sensor. The phone is also expected to pack a 5,100mAh battery. It is also expected to support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C connectivity, and will also come equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack, as per the listing.
