‘Panicating’ mother runs inside after seeing GORILLA on her baby monitor
She glanced at her baby monitor and what she saw made her run inside.
But when Maddy arrived in her living room, she couldn’t believe what a huge mistake she had made.

Maddy went to TikTok to share a photo of the footage she had seen on camera, which showed the jungle beast on its forearms, right in front of the couch.
“I just looked at my baby monitor and saw A HUGE GORILLA IN MY HOUSE????” she wrote at the top.
“I ran inside to find…”
The next photo showed what she encountered when she ran into the house.

While trying to figure out where the animal had gone, she eventually discovered that her son’s toy gorilla had been left near the monitor’s camera, making it appear as if the ape was in her home.
“I’ve never reacted so quickly to see what it looked like!” laughed Maddy.
The comments section was almost immediately filled with people bursting out laughing at her hilarious mishap.
“Now that I know what this looks like, I will continue to make fun of you forever,” one person wrote.
To which Maddy replied, “Please don’t do that because I was really panicking!”
“I literally cried laughing,” added another.
“I’ve actually still laughed about it since it happened,” Maddy replied.
“I didn’t mean to laugh at this,” said someone else.
“No, because can you imagine if it wasn’t there when you went to look? Like the confusion!” laughed another.
“When I went in and found absolutely nothing, I was so confused I thought maybe my monitor had been hacked,” Maddy replied.
“The toy was so small it took me a moment to realize it came from THAT little toy!”
