People admit their jaws drop when they discover the secret of the Cadbury’s Roses logo

But people were shocked when they discovered that there was a secret hidden in the logo.

Usually we tear open the box without looking at the logo to make sure we get a piece of our favorite chocolate treat, but next If you have one, you better take a look at it.

A user on social media shared some little-known facts about everyday products that you may not know.

“I was 18 years old today,” they wrote when they saw the Easter egg in the logo.

An easter egg is a hidden detail in a movie, television series, video game, or logo that fans can look for.

And it turns out the Cadbury rose boxes have had one all along.

Zooming in on the box, we see that the Cadbury brand name is prominent and features the curled letter ‘C’.

But it turns out that in the middle of the rose logo, the exact same ‘C’ is hidden in the middle of the petals. People are baffled, because they have never noticed the C before.

The chocolate was introduced in the UK in 1938 (as a competitor to Quality Street, which was launched in 1936).

They are named after the English packaging machine company “Rose Brothers” in Lincolnshire, which manufactured and supplied the machines for packaging chocolate.

The clip also shows where the name HP sauce, the infamous brand of brown sauce, comes from.

It turns out that HP is an abbreviation for House of Parliament. Which makes sense, because there’s a picture of it on the bottle.

The video was posted on the TikTok account @officialcomedytv went viral with over 2.9 million views and 280,000 likes.

People reacted with shock to the comments, as they had never noticed this detail before.

Someone wrote: “I learned so many new things in 30 seconds.”

Another commented: “My jaw dropped even further after each post.”

“That Roses is crazy,” wrote a third.
