A woman shared that people are amazed when they hear she is in her 40s and shared her top tips for glowing, supple skin.
Maggie Rose said that everything she uses on her face is natural products and she doesn’t use Botox.
The 41-year-old regularly shares skincare tips and tricks on her TikTok account, and in a recent video, she shared the three things she swears by to look decades younger than her real age.
In the video, Maggie responds to a comment from a TikTok user, which read, “When you said 40, my jaw dropped.”
She replied, “Yes, I’m in my 40s, turning 42 this fall.
“Everything I use on my skin is natural.”

Lalena oil
Maggie said Lalena Oil is one of the products that makes the biggest difference to her appearance.
It’s a blend of castor oil, rosehip oil and black seed oil. Maggie said it’s “deeply hydrating.”
She said, “Castor oil penetrates into the deepest layers of the skin and rosehip is known as a natural tretinoin.”

Tips for aging well
There are a number of habits you can adopt to help maintain your health and well-being as you age.
Age UK shared the following tips:
- Do things you enjoy every day, like cooking, meeting friends, or enjoying a good book.
- Stay hydrated – drink six to eight glasses of water per day
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, eat beans, legumes, fish, eggs and meat to help your body recover after an injury, starchy carbohydrates for energy, dairy products to keep your bones strong
- Manage long-term health conditions to prevent them from getting worse or having a greater impact on your health
- Stop smoking and limit your alcohol consumption to a maximum of 14 units per week
- Prioritize mental health and seek treatment for it as it can also impact physical health
- Make sure you sleep well
- Stay social – and call a friend or loved one if you can’t get out
- Be physically active to reduce your risk of depression and dementia, heart disease, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and some cancers
Maggie’s video, which was posted under the username @maggieroseadvocate, likely left a lot of people impressed, as it has been viewed more than 1.6 million times on the video platform.
