People cry as wedding guest shows off her ‘sexy funeral’ outfits
A wedding guest has been criticised after showing off her potential outfits, which people said were better suited for a “sexy funeral”.
Wedding season may be coming to an end, but there’s one more person who should be present at the ceremony celebrating love: fit Ari Kytsya.
With her friends tying the knot soon, the 23-year-old beauty took to Instagram to ask for her favorite dresses, but it looks like she might have to hit the store again.
One of the looks the young beauty from Seattle, US, considered wearing was a black mini dress with trendy puff sleeves and a cute black ribbon around her waist.
The fitness fanatic completed the look with a glamorous, slicked-back bun, shiny heels that accentuated her enviable toned legs, and dainty jewelry.
Another piece she proudly showed off in the clip was a form-fitting mini dress, also in black, with a shirt neckline and contrasting white detailing.
For her shoes, the tattooed brunette opted for pointy stilettos and kept her makeup simple and tanned.
One of the possible outfit ideas on her list also included a satin-look maxi dress with spaghetti straps and a flattering waterfall neckline.
This flowy maxi dress had a beautiful sheen and the 23-year-old wore the same office-friendly stilettos with it.
Last but certainly not least, there was an LBD (little black dress), this time with thicker straps and a slightly more flowy bottom.
Unsure of which look to choose, the dark-haired beauty asked social media users for help in the caption: “Please help me decide.”
While she was thrilled with the looks of her wedding guests, the reactions on Instagram were a bit different, with thousands of people flocking to see the photos.
One surprised viewer asked: “Have you ever been to a wedding?”
Someone else was equally astonished and asked if she was actually getting married.
“Is it a wedding or a funeral?”
Wedding Guest Etiquette
If you’re having trouble choosing a dress for wedding season, here are a few rules about what not to wear so you don’t get into trouble.
- According to tradition, wearing red to a wedding means you have slept with the groom.
- Informal clothing such as jeans and flip-flops should always be avoided.
- Any color that can be recognized as white or cream, even if it is not.
- Most will agree that your décolletage should be covered.
- Wearing white is absolutely taboo if you are not the bride.
A third joined in the conversation and admitted that in their eyes neither look was suitable for a wedding.
“It looks more like a sexy funeral.”
While many advised Ari to look for new outfits, not everyone thought the clothes were perfect for a romantic ceremony.
One advised: “3 is the only option. Throw 1 and 2 in the trash. 4 is nice, but not a wedding dress.”
Someone else was also a fan of the third piece of clothing, writing: ”3. Long and elegant, suitable for weddings.”
