People just discovered a hidden button in Windows that makes the job a lot easier
A WOMAN has shocked people after revealing a hidden button on windows that makes household chores a whole lot easier.
Cleaning windows can be a tedious task because the corners are difficult to reach.
Cleaning virtuoso Danielle, who often shares helpful cleaning tips with her 1.9 million followers, took to TikTok to share that there’s a simple trick that can make the task a lot easier.
“You see buttons on the top and bottom of the windows that say ‘push,’” she said, showing a video of her window frame.
“Press the buttons simultaneously and pull the window to the left.
“This opens the window further and creates a nice, large opening that you can put your arm through to clean the outside of the upstairs windows.”

Danielle demonstrated how, with the window all the way open, she could stick her arm through and easily scrub the outside of the window.
However, she warned people to be extra careful and not to fall out of windows.
After she finished cleaning, she simply closed the window as usual, saying that this would put the window back in place as usual.
Danielle shared that her ultimate way to get streak-free windows is to use a mixture of dish soap and white vinegar.
She then recommended using a window vacuum to suck up all the foam from the glass.
“Clean the frames with a super absorbent cloth,” she advised.
Danielle gave another tip: clean the outside of your windows very early in the morning, or late in the day.
“The sun causes the products to dry too quickly on your windows, causing streaks,” she said.
Danielle’s (@schoonmakenmetdanielled) video has probably impressed many people, as it has been viewed more than 134,000 times on the video platform.
