People said I couldn’t reverse aging without Botox. My 4 tips prove them wrong.
A WOMAN has revealed how she proved the opposite by reversing the signs of ageing.
Elle McNamara (aka Bambi Does Beauty) took to social media to show off her results and revealed it wasn’t the Botox thing.
In fact, the beauty expert managed to do this by limiting herself to just four skincare tips, including throwing away a 70p purchase.
Ella said: ‘Four things I did to go back in time’, as she showed what she looked like a few years ago and what she looks like now.
In the photos taken before surgery, Ella had hyperpigmentation, which made her skin look dull and dry. She also had quite a few wrinkles on her forehead.
But now her skin was glowing and plumper, with no sign of wrinkles thanks to her four skin care tips.

The first step she revealed was to throw your makeup wipes in the trash.
You can buy them for a bargain at just £1 from the likes of Superdrug, but they do nothing for your skin.
She said she stopped using them because they were “SO drying, accentuating fine lines.”
Ella now uses a cleansing balm, which is much gentler on the skin.
The beauty expert continued: “Mist, mist, mist. Hydrating mists stop those dehydration lines that you mistake for wrinkles.”
Her favourite hydrating mist was the Curel deep moisturising spray, which you can buy on Amazon for £20.
NextShe recommended using retinol twice a week to promote new cell growth in the skin.
And lastly, Ella said, “I’ve stopped buying the cheapest face and body SPFs at the end of the shelf and don’t use them on my face anymore. They tend to be heavier and can clog the pores of my facial skin!”
The clip she posted on her TikTok account @bambidoesbeauty has since gone viral with over 549,000 views and 18,000 likes.
People were quick to respond to the comments, thanking her for sharing her skin care tips.

Gabriela Peacock, who lives in LONDON, helped Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, among others, with the preparations for their wedding.
She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple, life-changing changes to better ourselves in the future, regardless of our genetic makeup.
“The reality is that we all have unhealthy eating habits from time to time, like eating processed foods, smoking, drinking too much alcohol, breathing in city pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of which are good for us.
“All of this only promotes the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to avoid sugary carbs. They fuel chronic inflammation, one of the biggest enemies of reversing aging.
While you will gain weight if you eat them regularly, it also affects your energy levels and hormone levels, which in turn affects how you look and feel.
Regardless of your age or health condition, it’s never too late to reverse the rate at which you age and embrace the energy and vitality of your younger years.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, are essential in neutralizing free radicals, the culprits behind premature aging.
Including a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet creates a powerful source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, found in abundance in oily fish such as salmon and flaxseed, are essential for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3 fatty acids nourish your skin, retain moisture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein that decreases in quantity as you age, can be supplemented with collagen-rich foods, such as bone broth and lean protein sources.
Someone wrote: “This looks amazing! What’s your favorite product to create that glow?”
Another commented: “Skin is skinning.”
“I bought a serum, retinol and a mist spray on your recommendation,” wrote a third.
Meanwhile, a fourth said: “Glowing.”
“Me too. My skin looks better now at 41 than it did in my late 20s and I don’t have fillers or Botox etc, it’s all in the skincare,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “I love your tips and recommendations, thank you. You really need to try a lip balm with hyaluronic acid… a real game changer.”
