Plastic surgeon reveals stars whose breast implants are too big for their bodies
Bigger is better used to be a craze in Hollywood. Stars went under the knife more than once to enlarge their breasts.
Some celebrities are choosing the wrong size breast prosthesis and are risking it “sagging” or “damaging” the outer shell, according to a plastic surgeon.
Some stars have recently had their breast implants reduced or even removed altogether.
Victoria Beckham, Heidi Montag and Pamela Anderson have joined an ever-growing list.
Dr. Nilesh Sojitraa plastic surgeon at GC Aestheticscited problems for patients with overly large breast implants.
He warned of problems, especially for stars with a “small chest”.
“Bigger is not always better,” he told The US Sun.
“The larger the implant, the greater the risk of complications and the impact on the surrounding breast tissue.
“While many small-breasted stars want to increase their cup size, it is possible for implants to become too large.
“A chest that is too large not only looks unnatural on a smaller person.
“They can cause shoulder, neck and back pain and can become droopy over time.”
Sojitra selected a handful of talents who may have to return for cosmetic surgery someday.
Wrinkles, sagging, drooping and pain may need to be addressed.
KYLIE IS SPINNING
Kylie Jenner, 26, admitted she had breast augmentation surgery at 19 and regretted it.
“I had beautiful breasts. Just beautiful, perfect size. I just wish I never had them done,” she said on KUWTK.
“Kylie’s breast forms are about 350cc with a 30DD cup and she spent about $7,000-$8,500 on them,” Sojitra said.
“She should consider whether she wants to become pregnant again, as this will affect the final shape of her breasts.
[One star’s] implants appear to ripple; this is one of the possible complications of implants that are too large.Doctor Sojitra
“Kylie lost weight after having her daughter, which affected how her implants look in her small body.
“If you naturally store a lot of fatty tissue in your breasts or lose significant weight, this can lead to drooping implants.”
CARDI STRETCH
Cardi B, 31, has admitted to having multiple breast augmentations, including one after having daughter Kulture in 2019.
“When I was 18 and became a dancer, I had enough money to buy breasts, so all the insecurity I felt about my breasts was gone,” she said Mariah Carey for 2021.
“Cardi B’s implants are about 380-420cc, and she is a 32EE cup,” Sojitra said.
“Cardi ended up with an unnatural look, but her implants can cause the tissue to stretch.
“This can also cause stretching and thinning of the skin.
“Cardi may also experience back pain.”
MEGAN MULTIPLIES
Megan Fox, 38, admitted she had her first breast surgery in her 20s after ending her film role in Transformers.
“I had them redone after I finished breastfeeding my children,” she said To tempt after welcoming her third son.
“Megan opted for 280cc implants at a 32D and spent approximately $8,500-10,000 on multiple surgeries,” Sojitra said.
“While Megan’s implants aren’t overly large, they look too big on her petite frame.
“If you have a smaller figure, like Megan, it can be more difficult to cover up the scars so they are less visible.
“This needs to be taken into account in the long term and the importance of appropriate aftercare should be considered.”
KIM FOLDS OVER
Kim Kardashian, 43, has not yet confirmed that she has had breast augmentation surgery.
The Hulu star has only admitted to having Botox and vampire facial treatments, among other things.
“Kim’s implants are approximately 350cc with a 34DD/E cup,” Sojitra said.
“This size can lead to excess weight on the breast tissue and thinning of the breast and skin.
“Kim’s implants appear to be wavy; this is one of the possible complications of implants that are too large.
Weight loss after surgery can cause this and cause the breast tissue to become thinner.
Doctor Sojitra
“Here the folds in the breast implant become visible or palpable when touched.
“Weight loss after surgery can cause this and lead to thin breast tissue.”
DOLLY’S DISCOMFORT
Dolly Parton, 78, admitted she had breast enlargements after losing weight.
“I’m not made of plastic, although my breasts did get lifted when they started dragging on the floor,” she told the Daily mirror in 2002.
Dolly can put a strain on the breast tissue and cause symptoms such as sagging, discomfort and back pain.

“At that stage, so they can stand like little soldiers, you put something in there to help them,” Dolly added.
“There is no doubt that Dolly’s implants are large, with a volume of over 800 cc and a 34H cup,” Sojitra said.
“This significant implant volume carries risks.
“Dolly can put stress on the breast tissue and cause problems such as sagging, discomfort and back pain.
“Dolly has had multiple implant surgeries, so there are risks with the larger breasts.”
“For women who are unhappy with their natural breast size, the option to go up a size can provide a significant boost to their self-confidence,” adds Sojitra.
“My advice is to choose your size wisely and consult with your surgeon if you want a larger size.
“My advice would be to choose implants that suit your body type.
Be wary of a surgeon who forces you into a more major operation than you want.
“Small patients with breast prostheses that are too large may develop chronic back pain over time.
“If larger breast implants are placed, larger incisions are also required, which can be more difficult to heal.”
