Shocked bystanders reportedly witnessed a man stabbing himself with a knife in a busy shopping centre.
The incident happened around 4.30pm at Chullora Marketplace in Sydney’s western suburb of Greenacre.
According to a Facebook page that tracks emergency services activities, “a mentally ill man grabbed a knife and started stabbing himself,”
“No one else was hurt.”
