Pre-order Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 and get a free $30 Amazon gift card

The Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 have yet to hit the market, but Amazon is already offering an attractive deal on the earbuds. Anyone who pre-orders a pair of wireless earbuds before they launch in late September will a $30 gift card given to spend at the retailer. Since Amazon sells pretty much everything, it’s a nice bonus for anyone considering buying the latest Pixel Buds at launch, since it’s effectively cashback if you shop at Amazon regularly. (Who doesn’t?) Or, Best buy has the same offering, if you like to shop there.

While the Pixel Buds Pro 2 are $29 more expensive than the original Pixel Buds Pro, this gift card deal helps close the gap somewhat. The deal is valid on all four colors: Hazelnut, Peony, Porcelain, and Wintergreen.

Google says the new model has improved performance, thanks to improved sound quality, voice calling and noise cancellation. The earbuds have also been shrunk in size, as Google aims to help customers who found the previous models too big for their ears. They now weigh 4.7 grams outside the charging case and 65 grams inside. On top of that, they have Bluetooth 5.4 with LE Audio, active in-ear pressure relief, IP54 sweat and water resistance, and a 12-hour battery life (another 36 hours of charge can be stored in the charging case).

The Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 release globally on September 26, so you’ll have to wait a little longer to get your hands on them if you want to take advantage of this pre-order offer.
