The Primark store in Basildon has taken to social media to show off the beloved chain’s new shoe collection, and while some fashionistas are loving it, not everyone is convinced.
The chain posted an online message giving shoppers a closer look inside the Basildon store, writing: ‘The perfect shoe for autumn.’
The fashion chain then wrote: ‘Calling all autumn girls’, as they proudly gave fashion fans a glimpse of the new clogs and open, furry slippers.

Primark’s new clogs are just £9 and look remarkably similar to the fan favourite, saving you a whopping £141.

However, many buyers were not so enthusiastic about the shoes and responded en masse to the comments to share their opinions.
Someone said: “I like them but my feet get soaked in this weather and some of them look like slippers.”
Another added: “My feet would freeze.”
