But there’s one style that tops all fall fashion: the timeless trench coat.

Even British model Lisa Snowdon endorsed the design in September.

The 52-year-old revealed that she thinks trench coats are perfect for “looking stylish in the pouring rain”.

Lisa teamed up with fast fashion giant Primark to promote affordable trench coats.

In the brand’s Instagram Story, she answered the burning question on every British woman’s mind as autumn approaches: “How do you look stylish in the pouring rain?”

According to Lisa, “everyone needs a trench.”

A trench coat is a type of long, waterproof coat that originated in the 1820s and was often worn by the military to protect soldiers from rain and bad weather.

Over time, this style has become a timeless classic, and every fashionista has one in their wardrobe.

Trench coats usually have a double-breasted closure, a tailored cut and a length that reaches below the knee.

The hood on the back ensures that water drips off, while the flap designs on the shoulders provide ventilation.

Lisa specifically promoted Primark’s new Rita Ora Double-Breasted Hooded Mac, which costs £40.

The long mac coat has a double row of buttons at the front, a hood and a checked lining.

“It’s beautiful,” said This Morning presenter Lisa.

“This one also has a hood and a checked pattern.

“It is truly beautiful.

“It costs £40, and it feels and looks amazing.”

The jacket reads: ‘If there’s one jacket that exudes sophistication, it’s this Primark Presents Rita Ora jacket.

“The hooded design and long silhouette provide more protection from the elements.

“Meanwhile, the notched lapels, welt pockets and double-breasted front with tortoiseshell buttons complete the classic style.

“It’s complete with a checked lining for a timeless look and a waistband to flatter the figure.

“This neutral shade is the perfect option to pair with your smart-casual wardrobe and create a refined aesthetic.”

I know what you’re thinking: ‘£60 for Primark?’ Yes, it’s more expensive than we’re used to from Primark, but it’s worth every penny.
This one is from their Edit range, which is more expensive than the rest of their collection and is built to last.
It is a wool blend that is durable and warm, and has a timeless straight silhouette that is slightly oversized and will last not only this season but also beyond.

Big bags are back… Finally, in a big way.
This bag exudes luxury with its croc effect and dark orange colour. Plus it’s ideal for carrying your laptop, lunch, change of shoes, bag – basically everything you need for the day. And all for £16.

Rita Ora Worker Jacket£32

Field jackets are very popular this season with celebrities and catwalk models. Designer brands like Barbour, Burberry and Bottega wear the utilitarian look.
They are great to wear over jeans or as a contrast to a floral or flowy dress. They are also the perfect in-between jacket.

Square Neck Leopard Print Midi Dress£18,

You’ve probably seen, heard and read that leopard print won’t go away at all in the fall. To illustrate the trend, this dress is a must-have.
Sleeves? Check. Midi length? Check. Ultra-flattering square neck? Check. It’s got it all.
Pair it with black over-the-knee boots or your favorite sneakers during the day and go for a chic look in the evening with gold heels and accessories.

Barrel Denim Jeans£16

Barrel-shaped, balloon-shaped, horseshoe-shaped – whatever you call them, they are this season’s must-have trouser styles.
I tried on a pair from Primark and they fit great, are comfortable and flattering.
So if you think you don’t have anything that meets the fashion, you can trade in your favorite denim for this model and be completely up-to-date again.
