Free same day delivery on eligible items

If there is an item you want right away, you can see if it can be delivered the same day you order. To check if a product qualifies, look for a delivery marked “Prime FREE Same-Day” while shopping. Keep in mind that your order must contain more than $35 worth of eligible items. If it doesn’t, you will be charged a small fee.

Amazon delivers from morning to night, so you don’t have to worry about getting your order at 3am. Same-day delivery is not available in all locations, so enter your postcode in the Amazon Same-Day Delivery Page to see if you qualify.

Alexa offers discounts when you shop with an Echo

You can use your Amazon Echo to ask:Alexa, what are my offers?” at any time. Alexa will then share exclusive Prime deals and you’ll have the option to add the item to your cart, buy it now, or move on to the next deal.

Schedule specific shipping dates for packages

Everyone knows about Amazon’s free two-day shipping, but another option is to choose a delivery date during checkout. It’s called Amazon Day, and it’s helpful if there’s a specific day that you know someone will be home to respond to packages, especially if it’s something expensive that you don’t want to leave unattended.

If you order multiple items on different days, you can have them delivered on the same day as long as they qualify for this offer.

Track your packages with an Amazon Echo

If you have a Amazon Echo of any kindyou can use it to track your orders.

Just say, “Alexa, where’s my package?” and your Echo will let you know where it is, who it’s for, and when it’ll arrive. Once your order has been delivered, ring light will pulse yellow and if you have the Echo Show, the delivery notification will appear on the screen.

Buy Early Access offers before non-members

If there’s something you’ve been eyeing that says “Prime Early Access,” as a Prime member you get to shop that sale 30 minutes before non-Prime members. You’ll still have to compete with other Prime members who are interested in the product before it sells out.

Have Amazon packages delivered to your garage

Porch pirates — thieves who steal packages left outside homes — are no joke. Security site SafeWise told CNET that about 260 million parcels were stolen from the outside of houses in 2022. Amazon Key Garage delivery service can completely stop theft from your porch and is an exclusive benefit for all Amazon Prime members.

When using Amazon In-Garage Delivery, select Key delivery at checkout. The garage kit now costs $25 and turns your garage into a smart garage. It works the same as home delivery, so Amazon does all the verifications for you.

Send gifts to Prime members without an address

An Amazon Prime feature allows you to send someone a gift, even if you don’t have their addressFor example, if you want to send something to a colleague for the holidays or his/her birthday, but you don’t know his/her address, you can still send a gift.

There’s a catch: That person also has to have a Prime account, and you’ll need either their phone number or email address associated with the account. Note that not every item on Amazon is eligible.

Share your Prime benefits with someone else

If you have another adult living in your household, like a partner or friend, you can share your Prime membership with them. You can still keep your personal accounts separate, but you’ll both have access to the same Prime benefits.

You can also share your account with up to four teens and up to four children in your household. Although they will have their own logins, you will still be able to manage their profiles.
