The answers to today’s Quordle question, game #931, are…

Phew! I solved today’s Quordle on my last guess alone, after nearly being taken down by TRITE. That word took me two tries and I had to solve FUNKY on my last guess, although thankfully that was the only word left open. It was another reminder, if I needed one, that it’s a better strategy to play a choke when there’s a word with multiple options in the later stages. Instead of guessing TRIBE and then TRIKE before finally going with TRITE, I should have identified the options earlier and gone with BROTH or something else that would have eliminated two answers and left me with only one to play. Still, I escaped with my relatively newly formed streak still intact.
