Quordle today (game #1015) – the answers
The answers to today’s Quordle, game #1015, are…
It’s not often that you get a Quordle with only two different vowels, but that’s what we have today: TACKY and GRAPH contain only one A, PLAZA has two and CHILL has one I. Considering that vowels are about are generally much easier to find, which is one factor that could complicate today’s game, while the two repeated letters and the presence of Z are other factors.
None of the words are particularly unclear, though, so I’d say this is more of an average difficulty rather than super difficult. On the other hand, everyone’s experience with Quordle will be slightly different depending on which words you play at first and your strategy, so it’s often difficult for me to judge how difficult a game is for others. As it happens, I didn’t mind it all that much – although it did take some guesswork to complete the set.
The daily series, meanwhile, was objectively difficult because the last word was GOLLY, a word that is part of the -OLLY trap. This has at least possible solutions – POLLY, LOLLY, JOLLY, HOLLY, GOLLY, FOLLY and DOLLY and requires more care to solve than I put into it today.
