The answers to today’s Quordle question, game #894, are…

I went back to my standard strategy of three starters today after trying two for five days, and I immediately felt much more at home. Sure, it still took me eight tries to solve them all – which is about the same as I get with two – but it required much less brainpower and I never felt like I was in danger of losing my streak.

Not that today’s words are that difficult. There are no repeated letters, no really unusual (or unusually spelled) words, and no Q, Z, X, or J to worry about. No complications of any kind, really, other than the fact that I had to play BEFOG as a constraint word to choose between GRAIN and BRAIN.
