The answers to today’s Quordle question, game #939, are…

It’s always useful when a word has been a recent Wordle answer and then also appears in Quordle, and so it was today with OUNCE, which appeared in that other game a few weeks ago. As for my game, I would have noticed it anyway – my three starting words gave me four of the letters in green and the last one in yellow – but it could be useful for other players, as it can be a tricky answer in its own right (you don’t get that many words that start with two vowels at once).

Other than that, there were no major complications here, although I somehow ended up playing LIMBY – a stupid guess – instead of MILKY when faced with an -I–Y answer. Stupid.
