Rachael Finch shares her seven-day journey through Covid infection, revealing she was plagued by ‘negative thoughts and ‘crazy dreams’, as well as a 39 degree fever










Rachael Finch has revealed she has spent seven days recovering from Covid-19.

Describing her journey on Instagram, the model told her fans that she was suffering from a high fever and was consumed by negative thoughts.

The 33-year-old wrote extensively: ‘I spent my week offline at home with Covid! It feels like everyone I speak to has it or has someone in their family. sucks.’

She went on to explain that both she and her husband Michael Miziner have been double vaccinated.

Rachael said she didn’t feel too bad on the first day. Sore throat and sleepy. Instantly increased my water and vitamin intake’, adding vitamin C, zinc, vitamin B, magnesium and astragalus to her regimen.

Day two was her, ‘worst day’ she revealed, saying she ‘couldn’t get out of a horizontal position all day. [Had the] headache from hell, dizzy, nauseous, tired, negative thoughts” and had a temperature of 39 degrees Celsius and spent most of the day sleeping.

On day three she was ‘still nauseous, dizzy and’ [had a] temperature’ but felt better but got ‘crazy dreams’ and low back pain.

By day five, she was on the mend and spent some time in a sauna and stretching, but felt “somewhat disoriented and cloudy.”

Day six, she meditated “on waking” and “felt great,” saying she was “glad she didn’t have a headache” and “appreciated all the little things.”

On the seventh day, she said she was a “new woman” and went for a “long walk” with her dog.

Rachael told her fans that she has recovered the experience that she was, “thankfully grateful grateful.”
