Rare clip of Donald Trump’s son Barron talking resurfaces and leaves people shocked

Social media users have become obsessed with a rare clip of Donald Trump’s son Barron, who spoke when he was just four years old.

After staying out of the spotlight for most of his life, Donald’s youngest son, 18, has become an online sensation in recent months – and one of America’s most eligible bachelors.

He’s even begun to show some political prominence by urging his father to appear on a number of popular podcasts during the campaign.

And with Barron taking center stage since the 2024 election victory, fans are once again “obsessed” with the 6-foot-4 New York University student.

But when an X user pointed out that the notoriously private teen had a Slovenian accent, many of his new fans were stunned by the revelation.

A user called @c1nnamonbunny shared a video of Barron talking to his parents as a child — and it quickly went viral.

The interview was filmed for a 2010 special on Larry King Live that Donald and his mother, Melania, did.

The video showed Barron, who was four years old at the time, getting ready to go to school for the first time.

‘Do I have to go to school now?’ he asks his mother, in a thick Slovenian accent.

The clip was filmed for a 2010 special on Larry King Live that Donald and his wife Melania did and showed Barron, who was four years old at the time, getting ready to go to school.

Melania then told the youngster, “Yes, first you will have lunch and then you will go to school.”

“You can read, write and do math,” says his father.

“This obsession with Barron is hilarious…” the X user captioned the clip, which has now been viewed nearly a million times.

“He had a Slovenian accent,” one shocked user replied.

“Does Barron speak with a Slovenian accent even though he was born and raised in New York because of Melania? That’s pretty funny,” someone else wrote.

“The fact that he has a Slovenian accent worries me,” another user added.

“That’s so cute,” read a fourth comment. ‘He sounds like his mother. You notice that she was a very involved mother.’

After someone on X, formerly Twitter, pointed out that the notoriously private teen used to have the accent, many of his new fans were stunned by the revelation

“She had all the money in the world to pass him off to a babysitter, but she spent so much time with him that he sounded like her instead of anyone else in his life.”

It seems like Barron doesn’t have the accent anymore, as someone else commented with a more recent clip of him speaking, and it was gone.

Barron stood by his father’s side at his victory rally after it was announced that he had defeated Kamala Harris to become the 47th president of the United States.

Public fascination with the teenager immediately surged online – with many users admitting they were impressed by his immense height.

It has been reported that Barron is 6 feet tall and his father does his best to avoid being snapped too close to him to avoid unflattering comparisons.
