Speaking with me in her house in Belgravia, she says: ‘I am a very nice, soft woman, but I learned to set limits.
It has shown me differently and not really recognize in a way because I have changed so much.
‘I was always a bit of a people plunder. I have never had boundaries growing up.
‘I think it is healthy for people to know what their limits are and make that clear with other people. Otherwise you will be walked and get injured. ‘
She adds: ‘I really recommend releasing people and things that you are of service.
