Raul Asencio has strongly protested his innocence after being accused of spreading a sexual video with a minor girl.
The Real Madrid Star is on trial on the Canary Islands and can be confronted in prison for five years.

Asencio is accused of sharing images with regard to Three former Madrid Reserve players.
It is claimed that the players involved lie when they told the two girls – reportedly 16 and 18 years – that the recorded sexual material was removed.
Ferran Ruiz, 22, Juan Rodriguez, 23, and Andres Garcia, 22, were arrested in September 2023.
Asencio’s appeal against his admission in the coming trial was rejected in February.
Post on X, Asencio wrote on Thursday: “I did not participate in any behavior that violates the sexual freedom of a woman, let alone minors.”
In a long explanation, the Los Blancos star said that “the suspicion of innocence must continue to rule.”
He added: “If charges are eventually submitted and a process begins, I will continue to defend myself for the courts and tribunals, in which I have full confidence that confirm my innocence of any criminal behavior.
“All this is without prejudice compared to the greatest respect for the behavior of legal proceedings as a whole, including those of the other persons investigated.
“I want to repeat my absolute respect for the rights to sexual freedom and privacy of all women.”
Asensio claims that the video was recorded “at a different location than where I was”.

But even though the judge makes it clear that he is not being charged with making the images, he remains sued for accusation of sharing it.
He added: “[The ruling] Do not accuse me that I have had sexual relationships with the two women involved, nor to have admitted, with or without their permission.
“Likewise, the judicial order clarifies that I was not the one who sent intimate images or videos to third parties, who,” I repeat, were admitted to a location other than where I was.
“The judicial order, in my opinion, limits its content to the final temporary display of some images by a third party, without attributing any participation in their admission or distribution to me.”
The Four players from Madrid were arrested After a complaint was filed by the mother of a 16-year-old girl in the Canary Islands.
The complainant stated that the sexual activity was consensual, but that was not the alleged admission.
Asencio, 22, has risen by the ranks in Madrid to become a regular starter this season.
The middle behind this season has made 34 performances in all competitions.
