Realme Note 60 launch date, design, color scheme and key features revealed

Realme Note 60 will be unveiled soon as the successor to the Realme Note 50 that was introduced in January this year in select markets. The company has announced the launch date of the upcoming handset and confirmed some of its key specifications including battery, build, and display details. It has also revealed the design, color options, RAM, and storage configurations of the anticipated smartphone. The revealed design marks a slight difference from the predecessor model.

The Realme Note 60 will be launched in Indonesia on August 30 and will go on sale in the country on the same day, an official source said. product pageThe company has not yet confirmed an Indian launch of the handset. Notably, the previous handset, which was unveiled earlier this year, did not see an Indian launch.

The Realme Note 60’s design differs slightly from that of the Realme Note 50, especially in terms of the rear panel layout. The upcoming handset can largely be seen sporting a lightly patterned matte finish. However, the rectangular camera module at the top-left corner looks glossy. The two camera sensors are housed in separate circular units and arranged vertically at the top-left corner. An LED flash is placed next to the cameras, in a smaller circular slot.

The Realme Note 60’s display features thin bezels with a slightly thicker chin and a centered waterdrop notch at the top to house the front-facing camera sensor. The volume rocker and the power button are placed on the right edge. The bottom bezel houses the speaker grille, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. The phone is confirmed to come in two color options — Marble Black and Voyage Blue.

Key Features of Realme Note 60

The official product page confirms that the Realme Note 60 will be equipped with an octa-core SoC. The exact variant of the processor is not revealed yet. Notably, the older Realme Note 50 features a Unisoc T612 chipset. The handset will be available in three RAM and storage configurations — 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. It comes with Android 14-based Realme UI out of the box.

The Realme Note 60 will also come with a 5,000mAh battery and a 32-megapixel primary camera. It will come with an IP64-rated build for dust and splash resistance. The handset will reportedly feature a 6.74-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Rainwater Smart Touch feature, along with a Mini Capsule 2.0 feature. It will be 7.84mm thick and weigh 187g.
