And on Thursday, Rebel Wilson proved that her hard work is paying off when she showed off her slimmed-down figure on Instagram.

The star looked incredible in the extravagant number with a plunging neckline to tease her roomy assets and a bold thigh split.

Rebel looked like she was having a blast on the shoot as she paddled through the water and set up a storm.

The blonde beauty wore her light locks in beachy waves over her shoulders and opted for a glamorous makeup look complete with a smooth pale pink lip.

She captioned the photos: ‘Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Being Australian I didn’t grow up with this holiday so the way I see it is like a time to say thank you and thank you for all the wonderful people I have in my life. I love you!’

The bridesmaids star proudly announced last November that she had reached her goal weight of 75kg.

According to People magazine, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is due in part to following the Mayr Method diet plan.

A source told the publication she achieved “amazing results” by changing her eating habits while staying at an Austrian health and wellness retreat last year, and that she has continued to follow the plan.

“It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages slow eating of whole foods, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation,” said a source.

“She works out with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes for walks and tries to increase her protein intake nutritionally.”

Earlier this month, Rebel told Today Health that she had developed a newfound love for walking.

“I feel like sometimes people think you have to work your body really hard to get results, and yes, if you were training to be the next Thor or something, you’d be doing hardcore stuff, but being a regular person is just walk so healthy for you,’ she said.

Rebel said she loves to “put on a podcast or listen to music” on her walks, praising the physical activity because it’s “so easy to do anywhere in the world.”

“I can just go out and do it. It has now become my favorite form of exercise,” she added.
