Red Dead Redemption May Finally Get a PC Port
It looks like Red Dead Redemption is finally coming to PC.
As noted by Wario64 on X / Twitterthe PlayStation Store page for Red Death Salvation has been updated with information pointing to a PC version that has yet to be announced.
The store page states that the PlayStation version of the game will include all Game of the Year Edition content and all upgrades for the 2023 console version, as well as “PC-specific enhancements.”
Some of these improvements include higher resolutions, improved frame rates, spatial surround sound, and more.
“Featuring the complete single-player experiences of both games, including bonus content from the Game of the Year Edition, Red Death Salvation includes all the upgrades from the 2023 console version plus PC-specific improvements including support for higher resolutions and framerates, multiple monitors and other accessories, plus spatial surround sound,” the updated game description reads.
Rockstar has yet to officially announce a PC version of the 2010 open-world action-adventure game, but if previous builds are anything to go by, the studio will likely share the news via social media soon.
In addition to a potential Red Dead Redemption PC port, fans can also look forward to Grand Theft Auto 6which is scheduled for a launch in the fall of 2025 on PlayStation5, Xbox Series XAnd Xbox Series SA PC version has not been confirmed at this time.
Despite reports of delays, publisher Take-Two Interactive is “very confident” the game will meet its release date.
