Both the phones belong to the Redmi Note 11 series and share several similarities like 90Hz displays, a quad-camera setup on the back, and identical fast charging support. The phones also come with an IP53-rating for water and dust resistance. Redmi Note 11 price in India starts at Rs. 13,499 for the base 4GB + 64GB storage variant. Redmi also offers the phone in a 6GB + 64GB option for a price of Rs. 14,499 and a 6GB + 128GB model for Rs. 15,999. It can be bought in Horizon Blue, Space Black and Starburst White colours.

Redmi Note 11S gets a 6GB + 64GB base model that is priced at Rs. 16,499. Customers also have the choice to buy a 6GB + 128GB storage model that is priced at Rs. 17,499 and an 8GB + 128GB storage option that is priced at Rs. 18,499. Redmi Note 11S comes in Horizon Blue, Polar White, and Space Black color options.

The Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11S come with dual-SIM (Nano) support and run Android 11-based MIUI 13 out of the box. Both Redmi phones feature a 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED Dot display with up to 90Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 11 gets an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, coupled with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM under the hood. The Redmi Note 11S, on the other hand, is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

When it comes to photography, the Redmi Note 11 gets a quad camera setup on the back, headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, paired with an f/1.8 lens. There’s an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera and another 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Redmi Note 11S, on the other hand, has a better camera setup.
