In a press release, the company detailed the new ISD minute packages. Minute packages actually offer subscribers a certain number of calling minutes, without any additional benefits. These differ from pay-as-you-go charging plans, where users have to buy a package to get a special rate on ISD calls and no restrictions based on minutes. These plans are generally useful for those who only make short calls internationally and don’t want to spend a lot on them.
