‘Run to Lidl’ shoppers say after spotting the most beautiful tree for £8.99

Keeping your garden looking nice for the summer is not easy and can be expensive.

However, there are also bargains to be found and fortunately people are willing to share their finds.

Everly, who posts on TikTok using the username @evrly_andmeshared a slideshow showing off her latest plant purchase.

The outdoor plant is called Argyranthemum frutescens and is from the Grandiol brand.

“Absolute bargain from Lidl! RUN RUN RUN!” she captioned the post.

She shared photos of it in her garden with her rack and at her front door.

In the comments people said how “beautiful” it is.

“I have one in pink and the flowers are 2 different shades of pink. It’s so cute!” someone wrote.

Another said, “I have one just waiting for my stones to arrive. Isn’t he beautiful?”

“Wow, I love it. I need one for my garden!”

“Will look lush,” wrote a third.

“Aww, how beautiful,” said a fourth.

If you want to get your hands on one, you’ll have to be quick, as someone else said: “I managed to get one last week!”

“I went back for another one and they’re all gone [see no evil monkey emoji].”

The trousers cost £8.99 and are also on sale, with one user saying she bought them for just £1.50.

However, some people say you should be careful and bring the plant indoors in winter so it doesn’t die.

Others noticed the smell and said it was not exactly pleasant.

A well-maintained garden can add 5-20% to the value of a home.

Sellhousefast.uk conducted a survey and consulted 36 estate agents, garden designers and property professionals from the UK.

And the experts found that the garden feature that adds the most value to a home is a shed.

  2. Terrace or paving – 76%
  3. Secure fencing, walls or gates – 72%
  4. Outdoor lighting – 66%
  5. Sturdy decking – 62%
  6. Water features, such as a fountain or pond – 58%
  7. Modern garden furniture – 54%
  8. Artificial grass – 40%

“I bought one last week. Looks great but doesn’t smell great [laughing face emoji]”, someone wrote.

Another said: “Haha, same thing! I 100% thought the smell was coming from a guy in line ahead of me.”

A third said they would address it, as it was “a stinker for a beauty.”

“They stink [laughing face emoji]”, said a fourth.

However, Everly seems to have a solution, as she wrote that she would “plant lavender next to it.”
