But according to a body language expert, Vanna White’s “teeth grinding” is a sign of her insecurity about the new Wheel of Fortune co-host’s “puppy-like” behavior on set.

Ryan, 49, was named the new Wheel of Fortune host in June after regular host Pat Sajak announced his departure.
The Los Angeles TV star has already announced that he will be hosting in August. The show will air tonight on CBS.
“So, I just can’t say it because I can’t believe it’s happening, but I host Wheel of Fortune,” he told listeners of the 102.7 KIIS FM radio show.
He excitedly said that Season 42 would be “a brand new era of Wheel of Fortune.”
Meanwhile, Vanna, 67, told CBS she was feeling “nervous” about her chemistry with Ryan.
“That’s so true. I had no idea what to expect when I’ve been used to one person for so long,” Vanna told correspondent Luke Burbank.
Body language expert Judy James saw an “energy shift” on set.
“The body language dynamics in all the Wheel of Fortune promotional images showed an immediate change in energy,” she told The US Sun.

James claimed that Vanna’s mannerisms as a host were indeed similar to Ryan’s.
“Ryan and Vanna do indeed have some of the same posing qualities when they both present themselves,” she said.
“In terms of their non-verbal energy, they can seem like twins.
“We can see this when they both lean on the desk or point to the steering wheel.

“They both have wide, dazzling, exaggerated smiles with crinkles in their eyes.
“This could lead to competition.”
IT’S A STRETCH
James noticed that there was tension between the two, which had already arisen because of Vanna.

“Sometimes Vanna would point her fingers and stretch her fingers out.

The American Idol host has also known Vanna since 2007.
