Janet Jackson is in dispute with bosses of the luxury Chelsea Barracks development in London after claiming black mould was found in her £10million penthouse apartment.
The Mail on Sunday can reveal that the US superstar – who made headlines in 2004 for her ‘wardrobe malfunction’ during the Super Bowl – was so upset when she discovered the mould that she has moved house.
The singer has now taken legal action against the company, who are said to be furious with her for leaving before her lease expired.

In the meantime, this newspaper has learned that they have hit back at her and are now considering taking legal action to recover the lost rental income.
