A second female celebrity has been linked to the investigation into the drug-induced death of Matthew Perry, with a shocking report emerging about their shared addiction.

An LAPD investigation into Perry’s fatal ketamine overdose has revealed the involvement of another friend, In contact defeated.

According to a source, the woman, whose name has not yet been identified, claimed she was sober but was a “walking pharmacy.”

Photographic evidence has reportedly surfaced showing the woman and Perry in the office of a doctor who prescribed him ketamine.

The two referred each other to their doctors to obtain the drug and often shared their struggles with addiction, the source said.

The anonymous celebrity is the second person to be linked to Perry’s death, after Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller was also named.

Perry was found unconscious in the hot tub of his LA home on October 28, 2023, and died at the age of 54.

He died from the “acute effects of ketamine” and drowning, the autopsy found. The actor had similar levels of ketamine in his system to a hospital patient under general anesthesia.

The actor has openly revealed that he was undergoing ketamine infusion therapy as a treatment for his depression.

But the last session was a week and a half before his death, and ketamine only stays in your body for three to four hours, meaning it didn’t directly cause his death.

A criminal investigation was launched to determine how the star obtained the drugs.

It later emerged that Mueller had been questioned “multiple times” by the LAPD after she and Perry reportedly bonded during their time in rehab.

She has never been arrested or handcuffed in connection with the investigations, sources said. In contact that she cooperates with the criminal investigation.

Mueller, 46, has had several problems with substance abuse over the years. In July 2011, she entered a drug rehabilitation program. Two years later, her children were removed from the home due to suspected drug use. Mueller then went back to rehab.

The news followed a separate report that said investigators could charge “multiple people” in connection with the actor’s death.

His death shocked the show business world and broke the hearts of fans around the world.

At the time of his death, Perry’s personal fortune was $1.5 million. He also had a $120 million trust fund with his family and ex-girlfriend Rachel Dunn as beneficiaries.
