Second major drug bust this week in Delhi: Police seize 200 kg of cocaine worth Rs 2,000 crore
In a major drug bust, law enforcement officials seized 200 kg of cocaine from West Delhi on Thursday evening, with an estimated street value of Rs 2,000 crore. According to a police official, this is the second largest seizure of cocaine in a week.
A raid is currently being conducted in West Delhi’s Ramesh Nagar area as part of the ongoing investigation.
The officials suspect that the seizure is related to the earlier discovery of drugs worth over Rs 5,000 crore.

In the week’s biggest drug bust, Delhi Police on October 2 reported the seizure of a significant quantity of illegal substances from a storage facility in Mahipalpur, South Delhi. The seized contraband included over 560 kg of cocaine and 40 kg of hydroponic marijuana with an estimated street value of Rs 5,620 crore.
Police officers arrested four people who were present at the scene. After the initial arrests, two more suspects were taken into custody in connection with the case, one in Amritsar and the other in Chennai.
