Sexy granny, 64, with six-pack and only bikinis, won’t hide her ‘perfect’ body
A fit grandma refuses to hide her 64-year-old body and often shows off her six-pack by wearing tiny bikinis.
Lesley Maxwell, a 64-year-old personal trainer from Melbourne, Australia, looks fantastic thanks to her strict fitness regime.
The gym fanatic, who is often mistaken for her granddaughter, describes herself as “ageless” and regularly receives compliments from men less than half her age.
She has more than 146,000 Instagram followers and often receives compliments on her abs, which are “sculpted to perfection.”
Still, the social media star attributes her “cougar” status to science.
She previously revealed to Awesome that she has always felt “comfortable” in her body.
Lesley explains: “But I have even more confidence now because I’m fitter and stronger.
“I love inspiring other women to feel timeless and confident enough to wear what they want. Age is just a number.”
In one of her photos, a fitness enthusiast said: “Great! In every photo there is a different expression, very beautiful and interesting!”
The blonde beauty focuses on creating a “younger body” through strength training and healthy eating.
The trainer, who has “never dated a man” her own age, prides herself on having a “fit, strong, toned body” which she believes makes everyone feel ageless.
Lesley adds: “There are actually two ways to age: ‘chronological’ and ‘biological’.
“Chronological age is measured in years, but biological age refers to the age of your cells, including muscle mass and bone density.
“Your biological age can be much younger than your chronological age. Isn’t that exciting?

“We can actually create a younger body, and that feels great by the way.”
Her fitness goals this year were to increase her weight “a little bit” by increasing her food intake, particularly protein.
She said on Instagram: ‘Our body always reacts to the way we treat it.
“I think I like to put myself in that situation because it proves to others that no matter what your goals are or what your age is, your body is waiting for you to make those changes too.”
Lesley has her own way of training and eating.
She says, “Learning how to effectively weight train and perform movements that build muscle tissue and strengthen your bones will slow the aging process.
“When you become ageless, dating becomes less about matching your age and more about who you are attracted to and vice versa.”

Seated rows.
Lat Pulldown
Dumbbell rows.
Straight arm pulldowns
Pull up.
These exercises train your back, core, shoulders and biceps.
Repeat the exercise 8 to 10 times, using slow, controlled movements.
