Cole Palmer was the star of the show on the field when Chelsea was crowned Conference League Champions.
After a slow start, which saw Real betis Take a first half 1-0 lead, Palmer inspired a huge comeback in the second half to see Chelsea Win 4-1.
Palmer took two assists for the equalizer and the goal, which put them first in Wroclaw, Poland, while Chelsea wrote history through the UEFA Trophy collection.
