That’s what one woman did before heading to her local Toby Carvery for a bite to eat.
Madison was also in the restaurant enjoying a roast dinner when she spotted the woman with the unusual hair accessory queuing for her carvery.
And she decided to capture the hilarious style choice in a video on her TikTok page.
“Whose mother went to a carvery with her hair tied up in a blue lace F&F thong?” Madison wrote at the top of the video.
She showed herself off before sharing a photo of the woman in the queue, with her blonde hair tied back and wearing Tesco knickers.
“I had so many questions but I let the woman live in peace,” Madison captioned her video.
People in the comments were quick to point out that Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson previously revealed that she often uses a thong to create her iconic messy bun.
“It’s a Pam Anderson thing,” one person wrote.
“I know Pamela Anderson did it, but Jesus!” laughed another.
“Just like Pamela Anderson,” said a third.

“She’s successful in life,” Madison replied.
And other people admitted in the comments that they’ve used the barely-there underwear to tie their hair back in a mess.

In a video for Vogue last year, Pamela did a ‘peek inside my handbag’ session and pulled out a pink thong.

She then showed off how she expertly wrapped the underwear around her hair, making her blonde locks look perfect in seconds.
