Shoppers in ecstasy over £10 Sainsbury’s top ‘meets the demands of so many trends’
SHOPPERS are loving a supermarket top that ‘goes with so many trends’ – and costs just £10.
Sainsbury’s own fashion brand, Tu Clothing, is currently selling the Cream Broderie Puff Sleeve Blouse in-store and online.
And it’s the perfect transition piece for summer and fall. Just throw a trench coat over it.
The pretty bow top normally retails for £20, but is now on sale for a tenner.
Sainsbury’s bosses say: “Create a smart look this summer with our cream blouse.
“Designed in embroidery, our blouse features flattering puff sleeves and is embellished with bow detailing at the front. Great for pairing with denim.”
Available in sizes 38-56. Online it is almost sold out, so try to get it in a store near you.
And fashion lovers are already rushing to get their hands on one.
Fashion influencer modeled her in a short Instagram video that has already been viewed 84,000 times Poppy Adams gushed: “I couldn’t resist her, she’s too cute. This top is so precious.

It’s not the only Tu Clothing item that fashion fans have been going wild for lately.
The supermarket’s ‘Black Smudge Spot Crinkle Mesh Midaxi Dress’ is being hailed as a “stand-out piece” that can be worn through summer and autumn – and it costs just £20.
Their creative stylist Katrina advised shoppers to pair the “gorgeous” dress with some gold jewellery for the perfect summer evening look.
Reasons to buy supermarket fashion
When you’re looking for new pieces to add to your seasonal wardrobe, or want to update your basics, you don’t have to spend hours scouring the clothes shops or scrolling online. Just buy a dress or two alongside your fruit and veg…
They are handy – Chances are that you go to the supermarket more often than to a shopping mall or high street.
It is affordable – Supermarkets are leaders in budget fashion that doesn’t look cheap, from basic items to more fashionable pieces.
They are more fashionable than you might think – Because their customer base is larger than that of the average high street store, stores like ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Tesco are better able to respond to the market and predict trends in many more areas than just food supply.
They fit well – Fits and lengths often come with a bit more modesty in mind. Fabrics are often very practical too: think lots of 100% cotton that can be thrown in the washing machine without a second thought.
