Shoppers love mega-cheap supermarket cases for less than a tenner
HOLIDAYMAKERS are rushing to their local supermarket for some of the cheapest suitcases in the UK.
They are so cheap that you can buy hand luggage for less than a tenner, while a large suitcase costs £30.
This comes after the cheap suitcases went viral on social media in recent months.
As millions of Britons headed off on their summer holidays, they were on the lookout for cheap travel bags.
Last week, shoppers rushed to Asda to score suitcases that were reduced from £60 to £15.
But Morrisons suitcases are the latest craze – and the low prices are actually the selling price of their suitcases.
Donna McElhinney shared her travel deal via the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.
There was a choice of red, purple and black hardshell designs.
An extra small suitcase, perfect for the cabin, costs just £8.
A standard small cost £18 and a medium case £25.
A large suitcase to carry all your holiday outfits and beauty products in the hold costs £30.
People were quick to call the bargains ‘ridiculous’ and rave about how cheap the suitcases were for the quality.
“They are hard-backed suitcases and have built-in number code locks,” writes Heidi Viner positively.
“I bought three of them and they are fantastic.”
“Wow, I’m going to check it out,” beamed Irene Justin.
How to Fit More Into Your Life suitcase and minimize wrinkles
A clever woman revealed a clever trick for flat packing your suitcase in June, which prevents clothes from bunching up and prevents wrinkles.
She shared her wise tips with travelers online and has revolutionized the packing process for vacation.
L. Daniela Alvarez wrote about how her original method left her frustrated, as she opened her suitcase and noticed that her clothes no longer looked as good.
“By simply folding T-shirts and pants in half and laying all the underwear flat, I was able to stack everything neatly without having to roll any extra clothes,” she explains.
“The best part was that I no longer had to deal with the hard pieces of rolled up clothing pressing into my back and sides.
“Since this method worked perfectly in a backpack, I was sure I would have success with it in a suitcase as well.
“It has indeed become my ultimate way to organize my outfits and minimize wrinkles.”
