Shoppers rush to Primark as autumn/winter collection arrives packed with ‘timeless basics’
PRIMARK has launched its autumn/winter collection in stores.
And shoppers are loving the new collection of knitwear and comfy cardigans.
There is a wide selection of must-have pieces, including midi dresses, day and evening dresses and accessories.
Primark by Lincoln shared a video on his TikTok account @primark_lincoln with some new pieces in the store.
The video was captioned: “Have a great season, we’re all set.”
It seems like neutrals are one of the biggest trends for the coming seasons.

There was a stone-colored cardigan, followed by a brown knitted T-shirt and cream-colored wide-leg jeans.
A light gray midi dress was shown, which was paired with a brown belt and matching handbag.
There was also a knitted midi dress with brown and black stripes, and several pairs of boots with thick socks.
Shoppers can also choose from a wide range of knits that are perfect for a work wardrobe.
The fleece-lined or ‘plush’ leggings are also making a comeback.
Whether you want to brave the cold outdoors or just stay indoors, these leggings are the ultimate combination of comfort, style and warmth!
Designed to fit like a second skin, these leggings feature an elasticated waistband and a velvet lining that provides insulation and keeps you comfortably warm in the coldest temperatures.
One pair of High-Rise Plush Lined Leggings costs £7.
Via Primark’s official Instagram account, they shared a few photos of the new stock in the store.
The post was captioned: “Timeless staples you’ll want to wear, re-style and wear again. Prices from £4.”
The Primark Edit featured four dresses in khaki, stone grey, brown and gold.
They had short sleeves, gathered and a midi length.
Another photo showed a brown pleated midi skirt paired with a mocha sweater.
Buyer opinions in the comments were divided about the new fall/winter color palette.
One said: “Muted, neutral autumn colours, beautiful and a nice change from Greggs and Disney.”
A second wrote: “Stylish and timeless – these are absolutely gorgeous. I hardly ever go to Primark anymore but I might have to check them out again.”
“I love the brown skirt,” read one comment.
One shopper said: “I think it’s a good collection, perfect for people who like monochrome colours or for people who like to mix it up with bright colours”
But someone wasn’t happy: “I’m sooooo bored of beige!!! Give me pastels!! Give me non-Disney collabs like Care Bears and Strawberry Shortcake and My Little Pony and Rainbow Brite!!!”
Another said: “That looks depressing…” And someone else agreed: “It reminds me of the 1929 depression.”
The autumnal interiors have also arrived again…
Primark’s official TikTok account also shared a video of the new fall interior collection.
In a video captioned, “We’re ready for fall,” followers were able to fully enjoy the autumn atmosphere.
The large pumpkin ramekin is not only stylish, but also functional.
It has a removable lid and side handles, which Primark says is “perfect for serving soups or reheating casseroles”.
There was also a wide selection of candles, some with a Halloween theme.
And also a rose gold mirror pumpkin decoration and fall wreaths.
What are the most important a/w24 trends?
Blushing pink – From sugary pastels to dusty blush, pink is a lot more wearable this fall/winter.
Trench coats – While the trench coat is a timeless piece all year round, it’s now a safe classic rather than a statement piece.
New suit – The ‘quiet luxury’ trend has evolved into wearable workwear, and autumn/winter is full of cool ways to style suits – think relaxed blazers and wide-leg trousers, as well as the rise of more feminine skirt combinations.
Block black – Valentino set the trend with an all-black runway set, and monochrome clothing never really goes out of style.
70s boho – Chanel showed off shearling and Dior debuted double denim, the 70s are back. Look for chiffon blouses and flowing boho dresses that you can pair with a turtleneck, wear with over-the-knee boots and finish with a trench coat.
Leopard print – Whether you disagree with “leopard print is a neutral color or not,” it’s taking over this season with leopard print denim pants, mini skirts, maxi dresses and blouses. The print is versatile and fun.
