Single mother of teenagers, 43, says she’s ‘disgusted’ with herself for ‘accidentally’ sleeping with a 19-year-old

A 43-year-old woman has revealed she ‘accidentally’ slept with a 19-year-old man and is ‘disgusted’.

The single mother of two teenagers admitted she thought the man she jumped into bed with was in his 20s – adding that one night stands are ‘very strange’ for her.

She explained that after a night out with her gym friends, she invited a few people to her house for an afterparty while her kids were staying with their dad.

She added: “The guy running the circuit training had some friends with him. He’s in his early twenties and I assumed they were about the same age.

“To make a very long story short, after a few more drinks and a lot of flirting with one of the guys who were there with the circuit to become a leader, I ended up sleeping with one of them.

‘To me this is very deviant behavior. I’m 43 and haven’t had a one-night stand since I was 20.’

However, the next morning the man admitted that he was only 19 years old, which made her feel uneasy.

She concluded: ‘I’m truly disgusted with myself and can’t stop thinking about the huge mistake I made, which will definitely not happen again.

“I get along great with the circuit training leader and was talking to him about it last night and he told me I was thinking about it and just having some fun.

‘I keep thinking that if I were a man sleeping with a 19-year-old woman, people would get a very dark picture of what I did. Am I thinking about this too much?’
