Nuno Espirito Santo hopes to complete a stunning performance by bringing Nottingham Forest to the Champions League.
But he was once replaced by a Sky Sports Pundit as a manager at an earlier job.
And that led to one of the most doomed and notorious spells in the Dugout.
Santo, 51, spent 18 years like a curly keeper Where he was largely a backup for the NO1.

But after he had withdrawn as a player in 2010, the Portuguese stepped into management – first spent two years in Rio Ave in his home country.
He would later manage Porto before four years with Wolves, 17 games in Tottenham, a stint at Al-Sittihad and now work wonders on the city.
But it was his second performance of the Gaffer who caused the tires to the TV expert.
Santo Led Rio Ave for the first time in their history to the Europa League at the end of his second season.
And that saw him attract a lot of interest – including from Spain.

Santo signed a one -year -old deal in July 2014 to take the takeover as Valencia Manager.
By the 2014-15 campaign, he signed a contract extension until 2018.
And he finished the season in the fourth, took four points from Real Madrid and picked up three Laliga manager of the month Awards.
Santo, however, has a bad start of the next campaign in both the League and the Champions League.
So much so that he resigned in November 2015.
His replacement was … Gary Neville.

“I don’t regret going to Spain and I would have liked to have had 18 months in Valencia, but I would not have continued coaching.
“The buzz from football to the age of 32 was incredible and that probably never can be replaced, but compared to the last three years of my career, I enjoy what I am doing much more now.”
